As a full-service manufacturer, at Icon Metalcraft, Inc. we operate a large finishing area equipped for both silk screen printing and painting. Our screen printing capabilities enable us to apply high-quality images with an exceptional degree of control and repeatability. We apply text or images that are extremely durable, clean, and long lasting. By combining our ingenuity with the latest technology screen printing equipment, we can print detailed, single or multi-color images on difficult to reach areas and other challenging locations on your custom parts. We offer several different ink options, including conventional, UV-cured, and air-dry.

Our painting department offers the latest in equipment and materials technology. We have the production resources to handle all types of electrostatic powder painting and liquid painting. With our large capacity phosphate tanks, iridite tanks, ovens, and large spray booths, we can manage projects that involve parts of all shapes and sizes. We pay particular attention to pre-paint surface preparation, which can include old coating removal, immersion washing, sand blasting, and degreasing. Areas that do not require paint are also masked off prior to paint application.

We offer numerous paint options to give you the desired surface characteristics and appearance. Whether you need corrosion or wear resistant finish, or one that provides improved lubricity or a cosmetically perfect surface, we have a solution. Our highly controlled spray application ensures uniform coverage at a consistent thickness, which we use various test methods to verify. Quality assurance also involves optical and visual inspection for color, gloss, and other factors depending on your requirements and specifications.
