As a technology-forward company, at Icon Metalcraft, Inc., we leverage automated machine tool technology and a CAD/CAM connectivity to accomplish precision metal fabrication in minimal time. We operate a large, modern production facility housing an impressive inventory of machining and fabrication equipment for manufacturing products for industries such as aerospace, military, marine, and medical. Our wide range of capabilities enables us to provide end-to-end services from engineering and fabrication through to assembly and finishing.
Along with shearing, sawing, and cutting equipment, our manufacturing plant incorporates a wide range of sheet metal forming machinery and a large CNC machining department. We also possess high-end laser equipment, and we are capable of machining, cutting, micro fabricating and welding. With all of this equipment, one of our primary strengths is establishing the most efficient methods to fabricate quality products in a lean and cost conscious manner. Our project planners have remarkable insight into process efficiency, while our technicians have an excellent mix of skills and a quality-driven work ethic.
We work with all types of metal in all of its raw forms, including coil, sheet, bar stock, tubing, and plate. Along with abrasion resistant plate, steel and steel alloys, and aluminum, we fabricate products using high-strength, high-temperature superalloys, nickel and nickel alloys, and many others. Examples of items we fabricate include laboratory equipment, safety and fire enclosures, high-end telecommunications enclosures, structural panels, and more. We have a large assembly area and a well-outfitted finishing department with painting and silk screening capabilities. As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100D certified Quality Management System, we continuously monitor quality to ensure products conform to your specifications.
Whether your project involves a one-of-a-kind item or an order of up to 5,000 units, we have the resources to accommodate your needs. Lead times are typically only three to four weeks. For more information about our metal fabrication capabilities or to request a quote, contact us directly.
